Equal Kicks was founded in 2022 by Lauren Heria, a professional footballer with a Master’s in Sport Business and a published academic in women’s sport.
We deliver research-led project management in women’s sport, helping brands and organisations plan, execute, and activate with confidence.
Our work spans major events including the UEFA Women’s EURO, as well as projects with leading sports brands and start-ups.
We combine first-hand industry experience with academic insight to identify real opportunities—and manage projects end-to-end, from strategy through to delivery.
